We offer low down seller financing with no credit checks and flexible payment options on great land investments. You may choose from the following down payment and interest rate options:

10% down – 11% Interest
20% down – 7% Interest
30% down – 5 % Interest
50% down – 3% Interest

There are no early pay-off fees, and as an added bonus if the full purchase price is paid off in the first 12 months, then 10% of the purchase price will be refunded back to you after ownership is transferred. You read that right, 10% off if paid in full within the first year!

No document processing fees or closing costs will be charged. To calculate the monthly payment below, put in the Total Amount (less $250 if you let us know you signed up), input your Down Payment, then plug in the corresponding Interest Rate. The number of years varies depending on purchase price and other factors but is usually around 5 years (60 months) and can go up to 12 years in some cases.

For the final amount add in $20/month charged by the payment processing company, and 1/12th of the yearly taxes and HOA/POA dues if applicable and figure out your payments for Golden Land Deals with Seller Financing!
